Vistaprint Reviews

On August 23, 2022, I ordered 100 business cards of of Vistaprint. When they arrived on August 29, 2022, they were completely bent, very thin, and overall of poor quality. I chatted with a customer service representative, and they offered me two options to make it right: request a replacement order, or request a refund. I chose the latter. However, it's been two weeks and Vistaprint never issued the refund. When I contacted them again about never issuing the refund, they told me that they were having "technical difficulties" and never told me that they were issuing a refund. I am a small business owner just starting out my company, and I printed them with QR codes so potential customers could scan them and go to my company's website. I do not want to hand out these bended cards to people because it would be a bad reflection on my company and start us of a the wrong foot. AVOID Vistaprint at all costs- whether your a small business owner, printing wedding invites- anything! I wish I read the reviews before placing an order.

This site just sent me 35 copies of a hardcover book containing my paintings. The quality of the printing was very good; crisp lines and good colours. The binding looks really professional and the cover came out great.

There were no damaged books and the shipping was good. Order came four days early.
There were a couple mistakes that I made, but for the overall quality of the books, I'm not bothering them!

I have ordered many things from Vistaprint over many years. Most recently I ordered two sweatshirts (matching artwork, different sizes) and left 3 & 4 star reviews on the items, as the coloring was a bit off, and on 1 sweatshirt the image is slightly off-centered. I left comments to that effect in my reviews, indicating no ill-will or overall dissatisfaction, and would recommend/order again. The day after submitting the reviews I received a Merchandise Credit in my account for the full cost of my order! I was pleasantly surprised as I had no intention of asking for any refund or credit. The only thing that threw me a little is that my reviews are not posted on their site. So it seems they attempt to appease and 'silence' even slightly negative reviews with store credit. I'm fine with the outcome overall, and will continue using Vistaprint loyally. Refunding the full cost of every review below 5 stars would be very costly if they didn't genuinely have such a great track record of producing high-quality, satisfactory work. My only caution is if you like to rely on customer reviews, you might not want to here.

Had a very very very bad experience with customer service. Guaranteed my order within 10 days... order was never processed... after several complaints. I requested a refund, which I did receive. I have been using VISTA for many years. Never AGAIN... unacceptable customer service. Customer representative laughing with co-workers because I was unhappy being lied to about my order delivery date.

Terrible customer service - I did not receive my order for 2 months and struggled to contact support. When I finally did (2months later) they said they had a problem on their end processing my payment but had never notified me. So they just left me in the dark for 2 months while their website said my order was "in progress". I will never use their services again.

Vistaprint is a company that does all their printing in Canada. Their call centers in Jamaica. So if you need special assistance on your purchase you just can't get it because they are spread all over. I personally prefer to work with companies bases in America. I was unable to get any assistance on my order because no one knows what's going on or has any control of what they are doing. My advice, choose a company based in the U S.

Support was unable to help me log in, (worked the day before when I signed up for the first time), unable to verify "free design services", (false advertising?), barely able to verify I had an account at all, still not sure though, I received an email saying I did have one, with discounts, I cant use, because I cant log in, and they don't know why. So I'm suppose to do business with them? Recommend? Right, good luck with that.

Excellent customer service by Siwar. We had a mixup with paper stock on our order which as quickly and easily resolved.

Great customer service! I made a mistake in my order and they corrected it in the moist excellent way! Quality on the product are great and you get it done quickly.

Vistaprint advertises discounts and low prices. What they don't tell you is that their shipping costs are inflated to compensate for those lower prices. Which may not be that low anyway. The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration says the shipping costs shown on a separate line are not taxable UNLESS the shipping costs reflect an inflated price. In other words, Vistaprint inflates the cost of shipping beyond what it costs them so they have to charge sales tax on that shipping charge. Very creative and very sneaky. One winds up paying anywhere from 12 to 15 percent sales tax. So much for a low cost alternative.
